The module nobody else teaches

The two rules the whole class runs on

• If you didn’t observe it, you don’t state it. Write “not stated” and move on. The credibility of the site is the product.
• UNKNOWN is not zero. “No data yet” and “it failed” are different things — and confusing them is the single most common reason people abandon a site that was working.
