001 / INSTITUTE DOCUMENTATION
A blueprint for responsible research.
A permanent, source-linked public reference center for the proposed Mississippi Applied Cannabis Research Institute.
Our purpose
MACRI is being developed as a credible, evidence-oriented research concept focused on lawful botanical preservation, agricultural observation, measurement systems, education and potential future collaborations. This site is an institutional planning resource, not a declaration that regulatory approval, incorporation or laboratory operations are already in place.

Open reference →Operating rule
Every program, funding request or partner relationship must identify the true legal applicant, permission to operate, source of evidence, measurable deliverables, and responsible signatory. A named project does not independently create a registered institution, approved study or funded program.
