Tell me the vibe. I’ll build it.

This isn’t a pre-made strand off a shelf. You write me a few lines about your piece and what
you’re drawn to, and I go through my charm drawer and put something together for you specifically —
then I send you a photo of it before it ships.

How it works

1. Pick your size — 3, 5 or 7 charms — and whether you want a photo locket.
2. Describe your vibe in the box below. There are no wrong answers and no checklists.
   The more you tell me, the better this comes out.
3. If you added a photo locket, you’ll get an email right after checkout telling you
   where to send your picture.
4. I design and build it, then email you a photo of the finished strand.
5. You approve it, I ship it. If it’s not right, we fix it before it goes in a box.

Timing

3–5 business days to design and build, plus a day for you to look at the proof.
Photo lockets start once your picture arrives. I’d rather take an extra day than send you something
I’m not happy with.

What it’s made of

• Antiqued brass and silver-tone charms — lockets, keys, shells, mushrooms, cowboy hats,
  guitar picks, pressed-flower resin, and whatever else is in the drawer that week
• Waxed hemp cord with an adjustable sliding knot, fits roughly 1.5″ to 3″ necks
• Packed in a small drawstring bag

About the charms

Nearly every charm I own is one of one. When one is gone, it’s gone. That’s what makes
your strand yours — and it’s also why I show you a photo before shipping. If you asked for something
I’ve already sold, I’ll show you the closest thing I have and you can say yes or tell me to try again.

Photo lockets

Send a clear photo — a face that fills the frame beats a full-body shot every time, because the
opening is a small oval. I print it, trim it by hand, and seat it in the locket. You can add up to two.

Care

Take it off before you clean your glass. Isopropyl strips the antiqued finish and softens the wax on
the cord. Wipe with a dry cloth. This hangs at the neck — it never touches smoke, water, or heat,
and it isn’t a functional part of the pipe.

Before you order

Because every one of these is made for one person, custom strands can’t be returned once you’ve
approved the proof. That’s exactly what the proof step is for — say the word and I’ll change it
before it ships. The water pipe in the photographs is not included.
