    01 Tell me about your business

    Think of how you’d explain what you do to a friend. Start there.

    Coaching: What should I include?

    Who do you serve? What do you sell, teach or provide? What do customers appreciate? What would people misunderstand if they only saw your current website?

    02 Tell me what needs to change

    You don’t need to know how to fix it. Describe what goes wrong, feels confusing or takes too much of your time.


    Coaching: Think like one of your customers

    Can they find what they need, understand your services and take the next step? Does the business repeat work in inventory, ordering, invoicing or customer support?

    03 Imagine a better future

    Picture six months after we’ve worked together. How would you know things had improved?

    Coaching: Ask the bigger question

    Instead of “I want a website,” try “How can customers understand and buy from us more easily?” Instead of “I need technology,” ask “Which repetitive tasks could a better system reduce?”

    04 Let’s right-size the engagement

    No public rate card. These optional answers help me avoid proposing work you don’t need. Your success never triggers an arbitrary surcharge.
