Self-Host: no event date required. Pick headcount + glass size, then allow 3–7 business days for Pixie’s Pantry to prep and package your kit before carrier transit begins.
Hosted by Miss Pixie + Sleepy: choose your event date at least 10 days ahead. The $175 flat hosted-service fee covers two-person setup, hands-on guidance, supply management, cleanup, and pack-out. 9-inch glass adds $10/person; 12-inch adds $20/person. Standard color glass adds $5/person when available.

Build-A-Bong: you bring the people. Pixie brings the whole experience.
Choose Paint or Glitter, choose your headcount and glass size, then pick the fulfillment style that fits you. Self-Host kits need no event date and ship after a 3–7 business-day prep window. Hosted parties require a date at least 10 days ahead, and Miss Pixie + Sleepy handle setup, guidance, supply flow, cleanup, and pack-out.
What the host has to do
Self-Host: choose the headcount, size, and glass plan; we organize the kit for you. Hosted: choose the date/location, provide a safe work area with seating and table space, and make sure all participants meet the 21+ requirement. You do not need to source the craft supplies or build the activity plan.
Pricing structure
There is no $300 booking minimum. The minimum is simply 4 people. Standard 6-inch Paint or Glitter starts at $45 per person. Self-Host is the per-person total plus shipping. Hosted is the same per-person total plus a $175 flat hosted-service fee for Miss Pixie + Sleepy.

The three core sizes are Human Grade 6", 9" and 12" glass. Choose a Matching Party where every guest gets the same selected size and shape — Ball, Beaker, or Straight Tube — or choose the Pixie Variety Pack and let us mix the available models and colors for the group. Availability is based on current Medusa Distribution inventory.

Base pricing covers clear glass with either Paint or Glitter — same price. Most standard colorways add $5 per guest. A few supplier-premium variants cost more; those exact upgrades are shown before the final balance is due. We order the actual quantity your group needs and add the distributor’s real inbound shipping once to the group booking instead of padding every guest’s price.
Pixie Variety Pack: tell us the exact guest count and size you want, then let Pixie choose a fun assortment from what is actually in stock. Prefer a matching party instead? Choose all Straight Tube, all Ball, or all Beaker in the selected size.
Choose the party style
Make it flower-ready or rig-ready
Flower build: keep the standard bowl or upgrade to a specialty/custom bowl. Basic decorative bowl upgrades start at +$10; premium artist glass is priced from the exact piece selected.
Dab-rig build: Pixie recommends the 6" or 9" Beaker or Ball bases for this format. A standard banger + carb-cap conversion starts at +$20 per guest. Guests can also choose a themed or specialty carb cap, priced from the actual cap selected.
Group formats: choose one matching size and shape for the entire group, or choose Pixie Variety Pack and let Pixie bring an assortment from the approved size range and current Ball, Beaker, and Straight Tube inventory.
No cannabis or other consumable product is included with the workshop. Decorative work is limited to exterior areas that do not interfere with airflow, joints, bowls, heating surfaces, cleaning access or safe handling.

The signature 118" × 71" setup with a pink low table, table linens/napkins, and eight pink floor cushions. Ideal for birthdays, bachelorettes, girls’ nights, and playful glam events.

A 91" × 71" light-beige picnic setting designed around six guests, with a blanket, coordinating table runner, and floor pillows.

Picnic styles are subject to availability. The standard setup price covers one selected setting; larger groups or expanded layouts may require additional cushions, tables, or furnishings.
Styled Picnic Setup
From $149 for up to 8 guests.
Includes delivery within the local service area, setup, the picnic lounge furnishings, approximately 2.5 hours of use, and tear-down. Additional time is $35/hour.
Venue Finder + Coordination
$75 when you want Pixie’s Pantry to help find the setting.
We can help identify an appropriate home, public, or private venue option in your area and coordinate the setup details. Venue rental, permit, deposit, admission, or reservation fees are separate and paid at actual cost.

$30 per guest plus the item selected. Choose a bong, hand pipe, tray, or other eligible piece, then customize the exterior with rhinestones and embellishments.
From $24 per guest. Build a custom charm strand or decorative accessory from Pixie’s Pantry chains, beads, charms, and findings.
From $28 per guest. Personalize a metal rolling tray with curated decals, paint markers, lettering, gems, and collage-style details.
For smoking-accessory workshops, customization is limited to exterior decorative areas that do not interfere with airflow, joints, bowls, heating surfaces, cleaning access, or safe handling. Travel outside the local service area is quoted separately.
Serving Grenada, Batesville, Oxford, Water Valley & North Mississippi
Event availability depends on date, venue, guest count, travel distance, event type, and product mix. Pixie’s Pantry can work with private hosts, venues, retailers, organizations, and other businesses to build an experience that fits the audience and setting. Grenada and Batesville are our quickest local-service areas when the schedule is open; Oxford and Water Valley require additional travel planning.
Booking should be simple.
For Paint and Glitter parties, first choose Self-Host or Hosted. Self-Host requires no event date: select headcount + glass size and allow 3–7 business days for preparation before shipping. Hosted requires an event date at least 10 days ahead and adds a $175 flat service fee for Miss Pixie + Sleepy. In Order notes tell us Matching Party or Pixie Variety Pack, Ball/Beaker/Straight Tube if matching, and your color direction.

What cities do you serve?
Pixie’s Pantry books eligible events and experiences in Grenada, Batesville, Oxford, Water Valley and surrounding North Mississippi communities. Travel charges may apply outside the local service area.
What is the minimum group size?
Bookable Build-A-Bong Paint and Glitter Your Bong parties have a four-person minimum. There is no separate $300 purchase minimum; the total is the per-person activity price multiplied by the number of guests.
Can you find or coordinate a venue?
Yes. Venue Finder + Coordination is available for $75. Venue rental, deposits, permits, admission and reservation costs are separate and paid at actual cost.
Can one of these activities be added to a gift or date setup?
