Limited Refund or Replacement Policy (Packing Errors Only)
Pixie’s Pantry takes order accuracy seriously. Each order is documented during the packing process, including photographic records, to confirm:
- The items included in the shipment
- The quantity of each item
- The condition of the package at the time it left our facility
This documentation is used for quality control, order verification, and dispute resolution.
If you believe an item was missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. If our records confirm that an item was omitted due to a packing error, Pixie’s Pantry will resolve the issue by, at our discretion:
- Issuing a refund for the missing item, or
- Shipping a replacement for the missing item
This remedy applies only to the missing item. No additional refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided. If documentation confirms the order was packed correctly, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Strict No-Returns Policy
Pixie’s Pantry maintains a strict no-returns policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on dissatisfaction, buyer’s remorse, or errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Pixie’s Pantry is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Pixie’s Pantry, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final
- Returns are not accepted
- Refunds or replacements are limited strictly to verified missing items
- Packing documentation is used to resolve order disputes
- Shipping issues are the responsibility of the carrier once shipped
