Every order is documented with photographic records during the packing process to verify item quantity and condition before shipment. This protects both us and you.
Carrier & Transit
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Liability for the package transfers to the carrier once the initial scan is recorded. Pixie’s Pantry is not liable for carrier delays or “porch piracy” after handoff.
Discrete Packaging
All orders are dispatched in secure, unbranded packaging with generic shipping labels to ensure complete discretion during transit. No logos, no product descriptions on the exterior.
Return Policy
- Consumables: No returns allowed (Safety/Hygiene).
- Hardware: No returns on used devices.
- Error Correction: Refunds or replacements are issued only for verified Pixie’s Pantry packing errors, reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
